This Privacy Policy (the "Policy," "Privacy Policy") describes the information FollowUp ("FollowUp App," "FollowUp," "FollowUp Website," "Follow Up," Dayton Baird," "we," "our," or "us") collects from or about you through both this website ("Site," "The Site"), as well as the app ("App," "The App") downloadable for Android devices and iPhones. This document also describes how we may use, share, and handle the information we collect. Any reference to "us" throughout this Policy is applicable to both our website and our mobile App.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our activities on this website and via our mobile App. It is valid for visitors to our website or App with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect with FollowUp. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website or our mobile App.

Information We Collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

At this time we do not provide accounts or account registration. Data entered into the mobile App is stored locally on the device of the user and may not be retrieved by us. No such "phoning home" features exist in the current state of our mobile App. We do not collect information on the people you provide in the app and the app is fully functional with or without an internet connection. Should we choose to implement such features, all data will be used for the purposes outlined by this Privacy Policy. We may update this Policy to include amendments relating to the implementation of such features and duly notify our users of such changes.

Log Files

FollowUp follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites or use mobile Apps. Many web hosting companies and App Store providers provide this for their customers, users, and developers. They also use these analytics and information as a part of hosting services' analytics for their own third party purposes. The information collected by log files include but are not limited to internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and the number of clicks. In most cases, these are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for (but is not limited to) analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
